The team’s mission is to assist in conducting comprehensive condition surveys for existing structures. Her team’s support through laboratory testing and consulting play a crucial role in decision-making and design processes for projects before construction or for concrete repair and restoration projects. Joni is also very active with the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Illinois Ready Mix Concrete Association, National Ready Mix Concrete Association, and Society of Women in Engineering.
